Subject	99 Jspec front bumper license plate holder

Message	I tried the top Z parts websites, even courtesyparts, but cannot seem to find the license plate mount for the 99 Jspec front bumper. I dont want to just screw into the bumper, it has holes and slots already on it, assuming its for a mount... Anyone know where to get this thing from?
